At Omnis Intelligence, you are always in control of your data.
This page explains how you can permanently delete your account, what happens to your data, and how we handle any remaining information.
1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using any of the following methods:
1.1 In-App Deletion
You can also delete your account from within the application:
- Open the app
- Navigate to Settings
- Select “Delete Account”
- Follow the on-screen instructions
1.2. Request via Email
Alternatively, you may contact our support team:
- Email: support@omnisintelligence.com
- Please include your registered Google email address
2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Once your request is processed:
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Google OAuth access will be revoked
- All associated data will be deleted, including:
- Tokens
- Drafts
- Chat history
- Any other stored user data
3. Google Account Access Removal (Optional)
You can manually remove access from your Google account at any time:
- Go to your Google Account settings
- Navigate to the Security section
- Select “Third-party apps with account access”
- Locate Omnis Intelligence
- Click “Remove Access”
4. Data Retention
In certain cases, we may retain minimal data for a limited period:
- To comply with legal obligations
- To prevent fraud or abuse
- For security and auditing purposes
This data is strictly limited and handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Processing Time
- All account deletion requests are processed within 7 days
- In most cases, deletion is completed much sooner
